Good service is one of our core values. At Mabo Automation, we believe that internal transport is a company’s blood vessel. It must keep circulating at all times, or the company will grind to a halt. It is, therefore, crucial to ensure that our AGVs always run at peak performance without breakdowns. We do this by offering regular service.
Mabo Automation grew out of the Mabo Group, which has been providing excellent service for 36 years. AGV systems last a long time, also thanks to proper maintenance of the vehicles. This allows you to get the most out of your investment.
Mabo Automation is a family business that always goes for open communication with its clients. We also see our service as part of this partnership and is always tailored to the customer. The entire Mabo Group is known for its fast and personal service. All our technicians are in-house, which ensures that we have experienced technicians who have mastered the technology and can provide the right service. So a Mabo technician is also always a familiar face who can also serve as a point of contact.
To carry out repairs and maintenance at the client’s on-site location, Mabo has 15 fully equipped service vans.
We have several service centers including Lier, Vianen, Zulte, Izegem, Luxembourg and Enkhuizen!
Mabo Service Agreements are designed to offer the right package for you. We distinguish three levels: Bronze, Silver & Gold. Based on an audit of the project, Mabo Automation gives a recommendation on which service level is appropriate for you.
